About Me

I'm a Utah native with a love for the outdoors, running, DIY-ing the crap out of my problems, and creating beautiful, meaningful media to amplify brands and change lives (in whatever small way I can).

I am a marketing strategist with a knack for creating content. I have years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite apps, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro, and Canva Pro. It's frowned upon to share who your favorite child is, but mine is Adobe Illustrator - don't tell Photoshop. 

 

I'm a driven and organized person - Type A, most would say. I graduated as the Outstanding Marketing Graduate of my class at the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business. I was also awarded my Honors Degree by completing the University of Utah's honors curriculum while developing and publishing my thesis on the effectiveness of advertising methods in increasing student Covid-19 vaccination rates. During my time in school and after, I have held a primary role in the marketing efforts of 3 startup organizations, with 4+ years of combined strategic and creative marketing experience.

I am currently the Director of Marketing and Events for Ken Garff's Philanthropies, overseeing marketing, communications, and events for Success in Education and it's programs, the Robert H. and Katharine B. Garff Foundation, and other philanthropic endeavors. In my role, I own and manage all marketing, branding, and PR efforts, as well as plan and manage events to increase community awareness and brand rapport. This role has taught me to be agile, strategic, and innovative. It has also given me a look into nonprofit strategy and marketing, as well as rebranding as we work to rename and rebrand Success in Education!

My dream is to move to Italy, live on the coast, crochet to my heart's content and never look at a laptop screen again. My other dream is to work for an innovative and game-changing brand where I can create beautiful and strategic marketing to drive conversions and contribute to long-term success. Because ･ﾟ*capitalism･ﾟ: *, I'm working on the latter!
